During your geological engineering studies you will come across the natural sciences and technical subjects as well as always-essential work experience. In your classes you will learn to design, conduct and even manage and evaluate various geological activities in the field and laboratory. As a graduate you will be able to independently analyse geological and technical problems and also assess and evaluate the economic and ecologic aspects of mining, geological and industrial activities. After finishing your studies you will become an expert in applied and engineering geology and the preservation and usage of the waters and earth heat. Employability for example in geological research and mining organisations, in construction, civil service or as a specialist on inanimate nature and the usage of raw material sources in a number of industrial fields and services.
